I did a full backup on my device before doing this update and I had everything organized and even when I finished the update everything was the way it was before the update but now since I changed the Samsung themes everything is out of wack!! All the apps aren't in folders none of the apps on the main screen like contacts, phone, play store icons was missing. What do I do?

Just go into your app drawer and add each app back to your main screen where you had them. I hope this helps.
