Hey guys I wanted to get some feedback on what roms you are using that is stable and up to date with radios on the evo 3d I'm currently running cleanrom and seems that it's not being updated anymore

As long as you have the 2.17 update and 1.06 radio your fine. Don't update to the VM firmware, It's not needed! All ics roms are 100% stable.

I agree with you Cloak.N.Dagger, really the only disappointment is No WIMAX where I am and looks like it wont be either, I got the evo 3d at time because it looked good, and I was looking forward to WIMAX lol. I to not think I will jump to an LTE device until I know it is definitely in the Akron, Ohio Area!

I'd really love ICS on this and so far am willing to wait given that it's presumably only a few weeks away. I know people have been running it on ROMs for a while, but I'm not that desperate. I like my phone a lot, and initially the 3D was a big draw for me. I was really hoping that 3D would catch on, but the lack of support in monitors that you can view 3D imagery on to me makes the technology's future too murky. ICS has enough UI improvements to really get me excited, I just hope that Sense 3.6 (or whatever the version is) doesn't dumb it down. It looks like it does muck with stuff badly in Sense 4.0 on the Evo 4G LTE (allowing you to only see one app at a time in the recent apps view for the phone!).
@pmjj, just a hint about why there was such a negative reaction from some about your comment. It wasn't horrible, but when you basically negate someone's excitement for something that's coming out by saying "no you shouldn't be excited because >I< don't care about it" it really makes it sound like you feel like you are trying to be the arbitor of what others should feel. "Who cares" = "no one SHOULD care, including anyone who has already posted." Not exactly the most civil way to point out what your personal OPINION is. Whether you care or not is another matter, just trying to enlighten you as to why your phrasing might have rubbed some people the wrong way. Do with it what you will...

I can't wait till it comes out. I am patient enough to not root my 3D but not patient enough to sit quietly waiting for it.
im so lost on this ICS i heard about it the other day and i am lost. i also heard there was n update and i followed the prompts and it said my phone is updated. android version 2.3.4 sense version 3.0

According to Sprint the update will be here on June 16 (I will believe it when I see it) so no one should have the official update yet. Just saying.
