I loved the ICS launcher on the GNEX. I couldn't find it on here but I know I saw it, someone post an ICS launcher that is almost identical to the on the GNEX and a lot are saying replacing that HTC keyboard with this one. Does anyone have any clue which one it is?

You can get an ICS theme for the go launcher. And the GB keyboard is the closest I know of ... it's in the market.

ICS launchers require you to actually have ICS. Many of the apps you're asking about are actually just themes for other launchers, like the one MrSmith pointed out.
We're (probably) a few weeks from an alpha ICS ROM for the Rezound now that we have perm root, so we'll get our turn at ICS soon enough.

You think it'll take a few weeks? That seems like an eternity the way these devs have been working. I am really impressed. I have been rooted for 1 day and I'm already running a custom rom. AMAZING!

There is a free standing ics launcher also but it forceclosed a couple times when I tried it. It's by Team Syndicate.

You might be right, seeing as how there were already some ROMs floating around for those with a dev device. But there wasn't much progress being made on the ICS front, mostly due to everyone's attention being focused on discovering how to achieve S-Off.
Now that HTC tossed us a bone with the unlock, I'm sure focus is rapidly shifting toward ICS ROMs (I'm really hoping).

The Rezound bootloader situation reminds me so much of my old DX. I pre-ordered that phone and was the 3rd person to walk out of my local VZW store with it. I waited patiently as people moaned and complained about the "e-fuse" which would "prevent the phone from ever being rooted, no exceptions".

A few devs stayed with the phone, most moved on to phones they could work with at the time.

Of course once a work-around was achieved, there was an influx of devs. Same now with the Rezound. The ROMs will be coming, and I expect we'll see the big ones (like CM) ported to the phone.
