ICS live wallpaper lag

It seems to me that since the ICS update, the UI hangs every once in a while for a few seconds (or even up to a minute) when using a live wallpaper. It never seems to hang on the launcher, but only in apps/settings. If I use a regular wallpaper, I never seem to encounter it. Does anyone else have this issue? It's really annoying

Nevermind, also seems to happen when using a normal wallpaper. No one else has this issue?

I have not beem able to use live wallpaper since the upgrade to 2.3.6.... I thought the ICS update would bring back that funtionality for me but it has not. I think Samsung at some point turned off the scrolling wallpaper (with 2.3.6) due to the issues you may be encountering. If you know a way to enable it....please let me know.

ICS fixed the wallpaper scrolling issue for me

It is not even in the options menu for me. You can pick the size of your backgrounds.... but that is about it. Shame.....I have about 10 Live Wallpaper's on that phone.
