I got the update but it did not take since I had my phone rooted without some sprint apps installed. I put them all back and unrooted my phone but now I'm not getting the update. Does anyone know where I could get it on my phone or was it in some temp fold and not delete once it tried to update and failed?

You've tampered with the config. Now, you have to wait. Plus since you unrooted, it's nothing you can do.

still the zvd, there is no zvi firmware can be pulled using lg-updater

will not get it using lg mobile support tool. they do that on purpose so people passes the firmware around

the full firmware can be pulled at that time

You can download the update zip off the forums and flash it in stock recovery. I'm working on making it CWM flashable though.
