Don't worry I'm not getting too excited.

Whether it does happen or not on April 6th I won't be disappointed if it doesn't come true. If I get too hyped up about it and it doesn't happen then I'll be like that child on Christmas Day who was promised Santa will bring me my puppy and I get a Barbie instead. Not being negative about it, just being that "damn if it does and damn if it doesn't" mood.

Ha Ha! Since my daughter went off to college I was told I couldn't play with her Barbies so they got boxed up.

DITTO! I learned this lesson *very* well, when I had my Blackberry Storm and was waiting for the release of the Thunderbolt - that was 6 mos of hell - a lot of it self induced by listening to rumors. Now, I don't believe anything rumored from VZW or a phone maker or any other phone source. When it happens it happens.

This worked really well for 4G, didn't have it when I got my Rezound a few months ago and just as of tonight - I see 4G on my phone and I got through it stress free by not watching the calendar or listening to rumors. So, to anyone who's busting their buttons over updates/upgrades/4G or anything else, do yourself a favor and find something else to occupy your mind and then when whatever you're waiting for happens you can smile and even hoot & holler if'n ya wanna <g>

I have a question, and forgive me if this has been asked. I installed the leaked ICS a couple of weeks ago and although I have seen a huge difference in the battery and data speed on 3G (primarily due to the ability to disable apps and manage the number of background processes) there are a few bugs, such as the browser stalling often, wifi being turned on automatically, data dropping all of a sudden (only 1-2 times a day) and other little lagging issues.

If Verizon does push this, will my device get it since I am currently on 4.0.3? Also, any idea if this leaked version that was released would be the final version? I am just wondering if I need to go back to the last official software in order to get the official ICS software from Verizon.
