My worst problem was learning Kies. I had never used it before. So after installing it on my PC and figuring out how to sync.. it took about 10 minutes to download into the phone and a few more to install and reboot!
Just make sure you follow the instructions on kies on your PC and unplug your cable from your phone when it says and then it will reboot. When it first comes up to your home screen, be patient because it will take a minute or 2 to initialize everything. But after a few minutes it was ready to go!
