ICS update and then factory reset or vice versa?

Download the OTA....

Then factory reset... if you must....

That will give you the best and cleanest install of ICS...

If you are going to wipe anyway, then I would just flash the ruu. It completely rewrites everything and is the cleanest way to install.

Make sure u flash twice,too many issues if not.
