Mine is into the 4th day today. I will monitor this. So far it is fine.

No update available yet for my Transformer. Though given the issues some folks have been having, I'm not in any particular hurry.

More new problems after update:

Sometimes won't come out of sleep mode without a hard reboot.
Battery drain is much higher than before.

I experience the same thing--I think I've narrowed it down to the "Wizz" widget apps. I have removed them and uninstalled the widget pack, and I'm hoping that does the trick. Don't seem to get the sleep-of-death so long as the Wizz widgets aren't running.

EDIT--Even after updating to the most recent firmware, I am still getting the sleep-of-death, so whatever Asus addressed in attempting to fix this, it's still not fixed.
