I took my 6P out of it's leather wallet/case the other day, it needed to be replaced, so while i was waiting for the new one to arrive, I left it naked for a few days.

My god, this phone is actually quite beautiful.

Slim, sleek, smooth....what more could you want. I was kind of disappointed I had to put it back into the new case.

I have the Slickwraps real leather back on mine. I keep thinking of taking it off but then I remember how slippery the phone is without a case and change my mind... I love the way it looks without a case though...

dammit....I noticed, as I was putting the phone into it's new case....there is a kink near the power button, and not a good kink either.

But then you drop them and remember why you put cases on them in the first place... .

I agree with you 100%, this phone is awesome looking. Have you tried the slim clear cases? I use the pleson slim fit clear case. Very little added thickness to the phone, gives you more grip on the phone and it still shows off the sexyness of the phone. About $10 on eBay.

I used a dbrand leather case for a few months, but the rubber case I use in the gym eventually pulled it off. I have a spare but probably won't put it on because the phone looks so good without it.

Man I never put cases on my phones ever. However I'm OCD when it comes to where my phone is. That's why I've never dropped it before.

Yes it does look pretty good. I went with plain silver because I was worried about the finish wearing off / nicking like it does on iPhones and looking like crap after a year. I guess it paid off because it looks great still. Huawei did a fairly good job in making it look decent and last.

I would like to know how the black 6P survived.

I have the same kink. If you place this phone in your pocket, or anywhere it could get some torque pressure on it, it will kink there because it is the weakest spot on the phone. If you lay the phone, out of its case, flat on its screen on a table, you will probably notice it doesn't sit perfect flat on the table anymore either. This is the nature of slim aluminium phones. Really, don't try to think much of it. When I first noticed the kink near the power button on my phone I obsessed over it for two days, every time I picked my.phone up. This stuff happens and as long as it's still functional and doesnt look like a crescent moon just enjoy it.
