Ideal video recording setting on S9+?

What would the ideal video setting be for the rear camera if I am going to use it for my vacation trip? I plan on using the footage to edit and make a video to probably post on youTube for private/friend viewing. Also, using the video to post on social media.

I'm still a bit confused on what the difference is between FHD, QHD, and UHD and when/why to use it, besides the obvious of the UHD being top quality and more space needed. Also, when is it best to shoot with 60 fps? I plan to record some golfing that I will be doing, so would setting it to 60fps be better? I also made sure that video stabilization is on, as I will be recording while I'm walking as well.

I want to make sure that I am correctly setting the video setting to what I need so that when I do playback/edit it later, it's on the most ideal setting.

Thank you for your help

The more frames per second, the smoother the motion. Stay at 60fps for recording. If you have the space, stay at 4k which is UHD. If you're low on space go down to 1080p 60fps. You can also do great things with slo motion recording for your golf swings.

If you are planning to record alot then use FHD 60fps. This setting uses about 200MB for a 1 minute recording so just check how much free storage space you have.
Also you can use the otg adapter to move the videos to a usb stick if you run out of space.

Excellent. Thank you for that tip. I figured 60FPS would be the best.

Thanks for clarifying

Thanks for that! I should be good with space as I have a 256GB SD card in my phone (something I like about Samsung phones and the ability for expandable memory).

But I did not know about that adapter which would come in handy if needed.

Thanks for the tip!
