Can you shut apps down in the Honeycomb visual app selector? If yes then you are on the current build.

Jward, regarding your weak WiFi signal, have you tried your IdeaPad on another network? I have found it beneficial to rule out an issue with the local WiFi connection, so that you are sure you have isolated the problem..

For anyone like myself still having poor WiFi signal reception, Lenovo has a forum site for their products... they've received a few complaints there about this. Anyone experiencing the issue should log it over there:

Just received k1 couple of days ago from Amazone. Udpated for the latest OS (automatically). Overall I like it, except... can not open microSD slot with pin provided (or any), GPS doesn't work (could't find satellites under open sky). Can not wake it after sleep/suspend mode: it wakes up for and dimms after two seconds. Have to reboot it every time. Called Lenovo support. They don't have any clue whether it is a software of harware problem. I wonder if anyone experienced similar problems?

GPS worked on mine with no problems.

As far as the sleep/suspend mode, it may be the screen's settings. I turned off auto brightness (in the system tray area with other settings) and no longer have the issue.
