Yes, it simply connects to your smartphone using Bluetooth, so it doesn't matter where you buy it (it may have been a problem if it actually was a network self-connecting device, like a smartphone).

You'll just need a UK compatible micro USB cable to connect the charger. Bluetooth and time ☺ are both standards that will work anywhere.

I've never heard of any micro USB cables that aren't universal. Power plugs and voltages yes, but not cables.

Works great with my M8 in the states, I imagine you shouldn't have any problem with it.
