If LG doesn't do the right thing I may not buy the V20

LG made good by sending a new module or at least one in perfect shape so I'm happy about that.

A new problem developed while waiting however so I'm hesitant about getting the V20 since it has a similar camera to the G5
The glass protecting the camera on my G5 broke without dropping the phone. At first I thought maybe something hit up against it in my pocket but now I see that this another common problem. I doubt LG will cover the repair and I hope they use better glass on the V20.

I was pretty interested in the V20 also, but honestly can not trust anything LG makes/sells anymore in their phone devices, went through 3 G4's none were ever right and all ended up with the ridiculously all to common "boot loop" failures, now my daughter's G5 same crap, boot loop failures, and a co worker had it happen to his V10. LG quality control is obviously terrible, and even after posting huge losses in their mobile division they haven't seem to improve anything in their manufacturing process. So unless someone gives me a V20 for free I'm going to pass on anything LG for now.

Dang, this is why I am hesitant to buy an LG. I really tried to like the G5 but the build quality, feels like my Samsung would outlast the LG any day.
