If my LG G3 stuck on lg logo, is there any way to save any files?? please help

my phone got stuck suddenly on lg logo and wont turn on, tried to take out the battery and everything. is there any way i can save files like pics and stuff before restore everything?

Try going into Recovery Mode and clearing Cache, see if that will let it reboot. REMEMBER! Clear Cache, NOT Data or do a Factory Reset as this will cause all your data to be gone!

i'm trying to do that but it takes me to factory reset.
how can i get to recovery mode?

i tried now the factory data reset and it also doesnt work.. it goes back to the lg logo

You wiped the device and it still has a boot loop? I'm afraid in that case the only way to bring it back is to re-flash it with a service center station or by using ADB commands, but I'm not savvy on the latter (similar to rooting and installing a custom ROM)
