That's just it, I can't figure it out. Nice of Samsung to have such confusing language, or perhaps that was by design. I may buy another Samsung fast charger from a non-Verizon store (which doesn't carry them here in Colorado) as I could use it anyway, and then just submit it.

By the way, I had a much easier time capturing a panda training
for synchronized swimming in Vladimir Putin's indoor heated
swimming pool filled with Jell-O and vodka (while Putin and the
panda were both naked in the pool practicing) Was going to
uploaded the whole incident to YouTube, but got rejected due to
the panda and Putin nudity. But this Samsung charger $50
rebate this is much, much harder to figure out.

Don't judge me, but I still use Windows XP on all of my 4 computers.
Even on a new Windows 10 PC that I bought last month, I installed
Windows XP on it.
