The answer on my end would depend on what is currently available because I upgrade too often. Mostly likey a Note series phone but that could change.

Modern version of Nokia 950 xl for windows - or - whatever the local flavor of the Apple Max is.

Great question...not that it means anything as I am a tech *****, LOL... However, I would opt for a Blackberry (one of the more recent models with a physical keyboard) or a Galaxy which I could slide one of the old Samsung keyboards onto the bottom...as below:
