Update:
I called the service # from the Google Play store today to get a status on my order.
I initially placed my order on 7/22/12 and it has never moved out of the Pending status. The customer rep on the phone couldnt figure it out and said it was some sort of error and the status was stuck. She cancelled my order for me and I had to re-place my order.
Now when I go to the Google Wallet site and look at my status, it shows Complete.
