Want to know how hard it would be to replace a component in a Nexus 6? Check this out:

The Nexus 6 got a score of 7 out of 10 (10 is the best). You need some special tools but it doesn't look too hard. Also, battery replacement doesn't look too bad once you get it open.

It's interesting to see what the device looks like inside even if you don't plan on doing DIY repairs.

Saw that earlier today... I wonder how much bigger the 4,000 battery in the droid turbo is vs the 3,220 in the Nexus 6 and if you could swap them out??? doesn't feel like there is any room to add anything under the hood of the Nexus 6... Can't tell from their breakdown pictures if there maybe is just enough room to squeeze the bigger battery in (if you REALLY wanted to go through the pain of doing it)

Nice to have the confirmation that the display is bonded to the digitizer. And that replacing the battery, while not simple, isn't terribly complicated (since I might actually keep that phone long enough that it may become an eventual concern. yeah, keep telling yourself that Jeremy...).
