I'm a Odin virgin

I just got my update for my epic (ECO5). I used the zip file to go from I18 to Eb13. I now have some minor stuff, but I would like to try use Odin to go back to I18. Just one thing, I have never used Odin.
Can anyone give me in layman terms how to do this.
I have Odin and my 64-bit drives. What else do I need? And what do I need to do step by step, please.

Go to the link below. It has a good step by step tutorial with screen shots and I believe there is also a video available for the Eclair 2.1 (DI18) version. For DI18 you want to use Procedure #2. Any questions, feel free to ask in that thread.
