I'm going case free with my Skyrocket

I always put my phone in a protective case. the reason? it will look almost new when I'll be selling it on ebay. and I always sell my phones on ebay when I get new ones.
also the Skyrocket without a case feels really slippery in the hand and with Diztronic case its just perfect

+1 When I put pictures of the phone and tell them it has been cased and screen protected from day one you get more bidders and higher sales price! Sold my Captivate, Bold 9700, iphone 3GS for well over $200 each. Worth the investment of a good case IMO! May be selling my Atrix 2 soon if I decide on the Galaxy Note as a back up to my SR.

exactly! sold all my previous blackberries including bold 9700 and my last Atrix 4G for over $200 too

Ya my skyrocket is too slick so i had to put a case on it. I got the PowerSkin so i have some grip, protection, and extra battery life.

You'll be sorry. Three days old dropped once three feet to hard surface, cracked screen no display. Otterbox defender got there three days later. New $599 one is in it. Shop won't have replacement displays for the SR for at least a month.

So on Christmas Eve I decided to go case-free for the holiday weekend. I'm really loving it because I like the feel of the phone in it's natural state versus cased. It is really a different experience, so I do get what some of you are saying. Yet I'm still afraid of it getting scratched or anything. As of now I still have it naked but when I go back to work tomorrow after the long weekend I'm going to be tempted to re-case it for the safety factor.

I just found a black elastic band and stuck it around the edge for grip and in case I drop it.works fine :S
