Im having trouble

My note 9 is strange. I did not change its settings but the notifications on the top area where it shows the connection strength and battery level is shown. It was fine just few minutes ago, and then as if someone has disabled the function it stopped working. It wont respond at all and I have been looking through settings to see if I mistakenly made this change. I cant find any thing to do anything with my issue.. help?

Hi , what exactly not working? Do you have good lock installed ?

Yes did you makev some adjustments Goodlock? Because it has been updated and it now gives you the option to toggle each icon you want to display on top, such as the battery, wifi or signal strength, time and battery percentage display.
As Mustang7757 suggested, Goodlock is where you might want to look at first.
