This is the first phone I wasn't able to preorder online and bill to the account. Most other phones have given me that option. So obviously it's possible but just maybe not with this particular phone. Weird.

I called about upgrading my phone 2 weeks ago.. I wasnt able to bill to my account on the iphone4s or iphone4 8gb.. because they said they were new in the system and they said any new phones or pre-orders dont allow the bill to account option.

So I ended up getting 2 iphone4 16gbs and they gave me credits to make it the same cost as the 8gb because thats what I wanted at the time.

the credits are gone, and so are the iphones.. returned them within about 48 hours.. completely terrible phones and the voice quality on my calls was just awful. (oh no to mention I dropped a call with my fiance on my ride home from work 3 times... I've made this call about 200 times in the past year and never had a drop on that road with my samsung.)

Yeah, iPhone struggles with the whole phone call part. Drove me crazy too.

I pre-ordered mine this morning and really hoping that it'll come early. While I like my HTC Trophy, Windows Phone 7 just isn't mature enough at this point and I hate not having the app used to manage my work schedule. I'm still trying to decide whether or not I want to get the Galaxy Nexus as well since I could always add a line to my family plan or just pay full retail.
