I'm so sad that the Note 3 isn't that much "better" than my existing Note 2....

Supposedly the features from the 3 will come to the 2. I guess its a matter of when. Probably when our contracts are up.

Maybe wait for the Note 4(?) which may be more different. I am thinking that is what I will do.

When I bought the Note2 at release, I asked myself if I would be happy with this phone two years later. The answer was yes...
I love my Note2, love my decision, and that dominoes down to no compunctions in life...
Cheers with a beer!

I am under contract and don't see the need to change. The specs look nice on the Note3 but I am really happy with my Note 2. I don't like the new back either though. I think that is really cheesey.

The only reason I will upgrade my note 1 to a note 3 is due to limited cpu and ram on the note 1 one making it unsuitable for jellybean. Otherwise it's been terrific.

My advice? Keep your note 2. Samsung are not forcing you to upgrade.

Now that I have seen more of the note 3 I am convinced it will be a significant upgrade. The fact that the stylus can go in any direction is huge. Not to mention everything else has grown up from hardware to software. Don't kid yourself the note 2 is awesome and will continue to be but the 3 is much more beastly:D

I too have been extremely happy with the Note 2. I became disenchanted within 90 minutes of owning a BB Storm (it froze and needed a battery pull), disenchanted within 2 or 3 days of getting a Storm 2, and disenchanted with the Bionic in a couple of weeks. My Note 2's only irritation (and one that I knew going into the purchase) is the lack of brightness for outdoor viewing. All else is great. Having spent $750 (or whatever the exact amount was) to stay on Unlimited, it had better be a long lasting device for me. LOL.
