I'm stuck with a Cloud Print error notification, how do I get rid of it?

I'm stuck with a Cloud Print error notification

I tried printing from my phone (HTC One M7) this morning and it didn't work; now there's a notification with an exclamation point icon, noting the printer error, but tapping on it doesn't do anything, and there doesn't seem to be a way to dismiss it. Tried restarting phone, tried turning it off completely and then back on - no luck.

I'd love to solve the Cloud Print error, but first I'd love to get rid of the notification.

Try swiping the notification to the left or right.
