Image app suggestion is needed, thanks

Nexus 5 with marshmallow, not rooted.

I have some photos with several people in them. I want to edit these photos so a number is tagged (or marked) on each person so that i could identify each with footnote when sending to friends. Dose anyone come cross such photo editing app(s)? Your suggestion(s) are helpful and highly appreciated. Thank you!

The attachment shows exactly what i want. I did this in PC.

You can try Pixlr Express.
You first go to brushes->doodle, change the size/color and paint a circle on each person (should be just a tap, if you set your brush size correctly)
Then go to the far right of the bottom menu and select the text tool and add the numbers on a color you want and drag them to their corresponding previously painted circles.
