IMEI # LOST would stock rom return it ?

my galaxy s3 t mobile is rooted running CM for whatever reasons i cannot recieve calls and text but do have signal and i cam across this imei i tried it using the dialer and typed in "*#06#" and shows nothing and conclude that yeah my phone is broken would going back to stock rom fix this ? or should i get my wallet ready ?
