iMito iM7s wont power on

I just got a new iMito iM7s and i took it out of the box charged it a bit and got it to power up so i did a frw things on it just to see that it was working it wasn't fully charged so i pluged it back in and the screen flashed at went blank i thought it went into a stanby mode but after about 2 hours i went back to use it and it wont turn on all the screen will do now when you press the power button is flash for a sec and that is all i tried the reset button on the back and no change it their a way to get it to power on like flash the bios or something or did it just crap out and i need to exchange it ( that is kinda a hassle since it took like 2 weeks to get it even though i paid for express shipping) any help would be great.
