Importing a silver Edge

I really want a silver edge, but I live in the UK. If I manage to import one, will things like Sammy Pay etc still work when it gets released here? Thanks.

Why can't Sammy just release the silver here!

You will have the apps and features available on the Region where the phone is from. As of Samsung Pay, it's similar it will work only when Samsung Pay is available on the phone's region

Can the region be changed?
I'm after doing the exact same thing. Still haven't found where to buy one from though at a decent price anyway.
