Importing Home to the UK?

Anyone done this and found any restrictions/issues faults etc?

There are a few sellers on eBay that have these and I was thinking of taking a punt

Hi Mike I have done just that through eBay. Apart from the lack of UK news sources it works just as it should.
Works well with my Nest, Hue lights and appears to work on with my SmartThings stuff too.
Huge scope for improvements but I suspect that the speed of that will be far quicker than that of the Echo.

Thanks for the update, I've held off so far due to Christmas, and may give it a whirl in January, if they're still available.

I read a review on Stuff magazine saying not to bother based on cost.

How long did you wait for delivery?
