Impossible to Unlock Phone after restart

So my phone was out of battery so it closed. When I tried to restart it again, it asked my knock code, no big deal since I used the same easy knock code for about 3 month. I never failed it three times in a row and I'm sure of the pattern. But when I try to unlock it, it doesn't work.
Since it is after a restart, the developpers thought it was a good idea to disable the fingerprint functionnality to unlock the phone (because why not disable feature for no reason). Somehow, I can't find where they have hidden the reset password/send email. I don't want to lose all my data due to poor programmation of my device, what can I do to unlock my phone if they somehow decided my password is wrong.

By the way, the verification is taking 3-4 times the normal time when I try to unlock it.

Update, was able to unlock it. When you press a square of the knock code, there's a characteristic sound and the square you pressed is blue. Without pressing, the characteristic sound was constantly there. After putting it in sleep mode for 10-20 times, it stopped making that sound and I could unlock my phone using the code I was using since the beginning.
