Improving Incredible camera quality

Does anyone know of any ways to make pictures taken by the incredible better. My pictures always seem washed out and greyish the reds never seem to be as bright as they should be, the picture quality on my Motorola Droid looked better than my incredible pics

Try to clean your lens. Make sure it is because that can be a big problem for causing pictures to look washed out. There was a previous thread that shows the differences of cleaning it. Other than that there isn't a whole lot to do. That's weird because my pictures turn out really good.

Make sure the camera is set to utilize the full resolution, as well. That may be part of it, although it sounds more like the lens is dirty.

Just clean it off with a semi-damp cloth, or look here for a slightly more detailed version.

Also, because the phone is so thin, it seems to lacks much of the photo stabilization you'd find in a stand alone full feature digital camera.

You can tap the screen for the area of the picture you want to highlight and the camera will focus on that. Also, try to hold very still and keep your breathe while snapping. The slightest movement, I've found can blurry your pictures heavily. Of course, with enough practice, you'll realize just how awesome of pictures this little thing can take.
