IMS Registration Status = Not Registered

So I have a new, unlocked Note 10+ on ATT. Moved sim from old Note 8 to new handset. I’m having pretty lousy call coverage / quality, so I started digging around.

Discovered following:
IMS Reg = not registered
Mobile network state = disconnected

First question is how to fix the IMS issue?

And secondly, What should the settings for “Set Preferred Network Type” be?

Hi, call your carrier so they have your number configure tour new device serial number
