IMS Service has stopped

Hey, I updated my phone today and every since then I have been getting a message pop up that says "IMS Service has stopped" ( http://i.imgur.com/UjeuWQR.png ) every time I press close app it will return about 5 seconds later, if anyone could tell me how I can get this to top I will appreciate it a lot
