Thank you for posting this topic. I have been looking everywhere for information on how to remove the annoying background that appears after any of my apps wake from sleep. I uninstalled it because it hijacked my Galaxy 9+ but apparently the One App Team likes to leave a "friendly" little reminder of their app on your phone. I searched my program files for any file related to this app but couldn't find anything. My next step is to request help from Xfinity. If I find out how to completely remove this frustrating app, I will re-post.

I Just had to fix this for my Mom last night. She installed this on her Moto g6. This app is very invasive. There is no easy way to uninstall it. It also changed the way the phone looks and how you interact with it. It moves all the apps to catagoies it picks. It puts add up on the home screen. All of this made the phone not useble for mom as it's her first smart phone and is still not a pro but now is learning be careful with apps. This app promises cute stickers and emojis. It is so much more than that.


There were instructions I found that said to go to home app and change back to your stock launcher. Then clear cache and memory and some how the uninstall button was supposed to become available, but that was a no go for me. I just did a full factory reset on the device. All her contacts and photos were backed up to the Google drive or Google photos we only had to download all the good apps again. I would highly recommend backing up contacts files and photos to the cloud or an SD card and just doing a factory reset on the device that's the fastest way to get rid of this in launcher and be sure it's gone.
