you can clearly see that the Google apps are installed, but the phone is not detecting it. Please help so that I can update my Google Apps, and it is stock Android 4.4.4 on Nexus 5

Google apps usually don't show up in your Installed apps until you update them at least once. It's an odd glitch that has persisted for some time. I suggest you do Google Play search for "Google," then look at all apps from Google. Select each app that's already installed, and see if there's an update. Once you update a preinstalled Google app once, it will appear in your Installed list.

Hi, I'm on my new Google account right now, I updated Google Play Music and it is still the same thing, I also updated chrome and play games. Same thing still not detecting apps...

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again and see if it works correctly.
