Usually, the pre-order ship date is the same as the instore available date. It could be the 9th so that people can receive them on 10th via over night shipping.
As soon as you see threads started by guys who got tracking numbers and shipping notices for their pre orders, figure it will be available in stores 3 days later. To answer the question directly, I think Vzw is planning on launching as soon as possible, no later than 11/10. With Rodgers showing a launch date of 11/4 for the GSM version, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see it launch this week... Not holding my breath.

Typically pre orders start arriving at homes the day before in store availability. I don't think Vzw is going to do overnight on this one, mine said 2 day air when I ordered. That's why I estimated 3 days in my previous post.
