Inadvertantly changed picture size to send

I hit the Always button when sending a photo for email and text and the size is now set to original, which is too large. How do i reset the option that was previously a prompt to allow me to choose small, medium large or original.

Thanks in advance, was a diehard BB user and knew i had to switch, its truly amazing how great Android is!
