It's the first time it's happened and I'm hoping someone has a solution...
I was on a call, someone else rang while I was speaking, however, the ring was at full blast in my ear, and what I didn't realise is that the incoming call put the original call on hold (only discovered after rejecting the 2nd).
Not to mention that all the notifcations for the voicemail, etc came through at full blast in the earpiece while I was trying to talk to the original caller.
I have diversions on to Messagebank (voicemail) for all modes (ie when busy, not answered, etc) so I don't understand why it happened.
I'm on Telstra in Australia.
Can someone help ?
