Incoming call not displaying caller's information

I've just bought a chacha. Today I found that the incoming calls do not display caller's information, including name and photo. But I do save the contact information on my cell phone and if I call someone, the information display successfully.

Just turn the phone off by pulling out the battery and then start it up again. This same thing happened for me and a quick reset worked.
