Incoming Calls - Always Hear the 'Call From... 'Person Name' - Answer or Ignore

Hi all,

I love my phone but I can't figure out how to change this feature. Whenever I get a call, I always hear the voice system: 'Call from: [Person X], say answer or ignore.' This happens when I'm driving, and when I'm sitting still at work. It happens with Moto Assist on and it happens when I have the Moto Assist driving mode turned off completely. I can't find any settings to change this behavior. Is there something I'm missing here, is this a defect? What's going on?

check the profile if it is in Driving mode

Go to the dialer and then hit the 3 dots and go into settings scroll down to Caller ID Readout, change the option there and it should stop doing it.
