I purchased a Galaxy S5 , new in the box from a reputable eBay seller. I'm having the following issues:
1.) About 50% of my incoming calls are going right to voicemail. I have done updates and checked my blocked caller settings etc. I'm not positive but it does seem to happen when my service bar does NOT display any type of network (LTE, etc.) ....the bar icon shows full but no specific service type displayed. The phone is set for "Automatic" network mode.
2.) People I call have been experiencing their phone ringing once, then a pause, then a ring again....For example, when someone picks up on the first ring on their cell phone, no one is there and i am now calling them on the other line. Super weird.
