Incoming phone calls aren't showing up

My Gear S2 has suddenly quit showing who is calling. I am not sure what happened, it still shows texts, and I can't figure out what setting may be out of whack... It did this once before and somehow started back... But then it quit again (possibly after a system update on my phone)... Any help would be much appreciated.
