Throughout the years I have used HTC Sync Manager's backup and restore function successfully many many times after a factory reset. It has always restored everything from wallpaper to text messages, applications, voice recordings etc.
Yesterday I did a backup of my phone with Sync Manager, resetted the phone to factory settings and restored it from the backup. For some reason It only restored text messages and some of the contacts. No calendar, no voice recordings, no apps, no photos, no email settings.
I tried resetting and restoring a couple times more but the results remain the same. Only text messages and some of the contacts are restored.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a way to get all my data back?
Only thing I can think of doing differently than before is that I didn't remember to sync my phone with Sync Manager before doing the backup.
