Incorrect photo rotation

Just upgraded from Pixel XL to 3 XL. Camera is great but, often when I post pics now to here, facebook, imgur, etc the rotation is wrong. They display fine in the photos app, but are 90 or 180 degrees off when sharing. This is very annoying as many places I post do not have a way to rotate after posting, but the image looks correct before posting. Anyone seen this issue?

I just noticed this yesterday on one of my websites as my Avtar.
I was assuming it was the website ....

same here , but somehow it corrected itself dont know how .

I've given up posting pictures on the forum for two reasons.
1. The forum resizes and applies compression that obliterates detail and dynamic range.
2. Image orientation is a total crap-shoot with no way to fix it.

Me as well... It's a small thing I guess but it's frustrating enough that I just stopped posting pics.

My photos were rotated the wrong way after taking pictures recently, i toggled HDR+ off and they all went back to normal,

This might have nothing to do with whats happening to yours but i wanted to mention

That's interesting , have try that next time it happens but for some reason it correct itself.
