Incredible battery

Seidio has designed a 1600mAh battery for the Thunderbolt, and will be producing a 3200mAh extended battery in the next month or so. The Incredible 1750mAH battery is compatible with the HTC Eris; however, it is not compatible with the Thunderbolt. If you have any other questions feel free to send us a message, and we will answer you as quickly as possible.

Thanks,
Seidio

I have not been happy with my 3 Seidio 1750 batteries for my TouchPro 2. After about 8 months use they are only good for a couple of hours. On another site I was reading about some independent tests that did not show increased capacity 3rd party batteries performing very well.

As of right now, there are no plans to alter the slim extended capacity which is 1600mAh. We will let you know if this does change. Thank you for the question.

We do offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products, so if you are experiencing a lag in battery life as you mentioned, Robrecht, please contact our customer service at 832-204-1118 or send us a direct message with your sales order number so we can take care of the issue asap. Our slim extended batteries are meant to add extra hours of life when compared to the OEM battery.

Regards,
Seidio

Hi, seidioseidio. This is not true.

When I called Seidio about my "Extended Life" batteries only lasting for a couple of hours after 8-9 months, they told me that your warranty on all electronic parts, including batteries, is only 6 months. I spoke with a Katrina there (832-204-1118).

Also, on the Seidio website, it says:

"Electrical components (batteries, chargers, docks, cradles, car cradles) & retractable products (earphone, sync/charge cables, adapters) are warranted against workmanship and manufacturing defects for the period of six (6) months."

Too bad none of the other batteries will work (that we know of), you can get a 3500 mAh battery for the Evo on Amazon for under $18. In comparison, the 2750 mAh extended battery for the Thunderbolt will be $70 when it comes out in April.

Hello,

Thank you for your comment, we apologize about the error. All power products, including batteries, do have a 180 day warranty. Cases, holsters, and other non-electrical components, carry a one year warranty.
