I decided to see how many apps I could have running at the same time before the phone started to slow down. Thus, I started:

- Documents to Go, with a PDF, Word Doc and Excel workbook all opened

- YouTube, playing scenes from 2012

- HTC Mail with message opened

- GMail also with messages opened

- RepliGo Reader with a PDF opened

- AcroBible opened

- Touchdown with sync running

- Advanced Task Manager

- Stocks

- Maps

- Voice Recorder

- Google Talk

- Browser at ESPN playing video content

Results: No perceptable slowdown. I was able to flip around and everything ran at speed. It's a testimony to what happens when you marry a Snapdragon that is not underclocked with enough memory.

android FTW!! i do a lot of web browsing while streaming music, which i would picture as using some memory and CPU and i have not noticed any slowdowns.

Actually the battery drain wasn't too horrific.

I did this little experiment for about 35 min and lost about 20% of battery.

Yeah I listen to podcasts in the background while playing a game or surfing the internet and haven't seen one bit of slow down. All the while running a live wallpaper etc. They should have named this thing "Helluva-Phone" instead of Incredible lol.
