Infinity Watch Face

Yea I hated it with the update, I removed it for now. Will see if it gets fixed, I may try it again.
 
Loved the original face but like everyone else, the update has rendered it useless. First was a blank screen, uninstall and reinstall didn't correct the issue. I read the description and was excited to the new animated face, which would have behaved like the apple watch. Hopefully a fix will be it out soon.
 
You'd think the developer would have made the previous version available again by now.

Not many developers release old versions. They usually either fix it quick or let the buyers suffer. Swype paid was a horrid example of a bug that lasted about a year before it was fixed. They'd release supposed fixed updates but never an older one. We had to find it in the wild ourselves .

I also downloaded this watch face and it isn't working at all on my watch. I'm really disappointed because I really like the looks and the possibilities of this face. Not expensive but if their is a problem why allow it to still be downloaded? I think the right thing to do is either refund or inform.
 
The dev is working on a fix, as mentioned above. Hopefully it's addressed sooner rather than later.
 
Hello all,
Does anyone have an inside scoop to the status of the update? Has it been fixed and submitted for review to Samsung Apps? Is it still in the process of working the bugs out before it can be resubmitted to Samsung Apps?
As I understand it, once the app is corrected, it will take a week for Samsung to review. I was just wondering where it was in the que for submitting.
I received my Samsung Gear S today, and I was looking forward to downloading this app for my new device. I heard nothing but rave reviews for version 1, not so good reviews for version 2 :(

Firstly I'd like to say I'm truly sorry about the lack of news about the update lately. I promise you this will not happen again. I also believe you are all owed a truthful explanation of what happened. You may not know this, but Curlball Co is pretty much a one person company. I am the programmer, designer, marketer, and all the other roles needed to make things work. Since May, I have been going through some personal problems, which eventually caused me to change cities. As of today, I am getting back on track. I am finishing the update that should fix the app. I hope it to be finished within the next 3 days, after which I will post it in the Samsung Store.

I also believe you are owed more than just an apology. This is why, in the next week, I will set up a link on this message. Anyone who wants can click on this link, fill out a short form, and will be added to a list. Once new watchfaces come out (there is one in the making, after the Infinity Watch is done), all the people in the list will be contacted. Each person that is on the list will be entitled to a free watch face of their choice. I will add more details here once I set this up, but my first and foremost priority now is to correct the bugs you are all facing.

Once again, I'm sorry, and I thank you all for your understanding.

I'm not going to say i was creeping you, but I wasn't sure where to look as your facebook, and instagram didn't seem to have much new activity. Here as least you were checking in and giving random updates. So thank you again for checking this forum, this thread, and updating us.
I've also been checking the samsung gear store to see if the date of upload on the Infinity app changed from June 25th.
Will you be posting on here when you submit the update to Samsung Gear for the 1 week review on their part, before they update to the store?
I'm really looking forward to your update :)

Glad to hear you're back on track, just happy to hear an update. As you know, everyone has gone crazy without your watch face simply because it's a fan fave. Just be sure to update in th e samsung app store, I'm sure you're well aware of the reviews over there :)

Sorry about your troubles but, glad you are getting back on track! Love the watch face and will wait to update until you release the fixes. Completely understand...being a one-person shop is extremely difficult! Good luck!
 
I only use the default watch face... And can only speak for myself.. But you don't need to owe anyone an apology. Your personal business and life off of the Internet is and will always be more important. Never feel guilty about that, even if you have your own business.

Love the app and I wouldn't worry about all the haters on the Samsung app store, they have nothing better to do. Are you posting the link to the update here? I've checked on the Sammy app store but it's not there yet. Thanks

Thank you for your support :) I have finished fixing the app for the Gear S. for the Gear 2, the emulator isn't working that well, but I think I have pinpointed the issue. I will publish an update today, so it should be available within 7 days. Cheers! :)

I've been checking for an update from you, and checking your previous post for the link you mentioned.

Ok, just an update, I've submitted the new app to the Samsung Store. Please let me know if you have any issues when it is available.
