I have found something weird. I have the option checked to show info on lock screen, have stuff typed in the appropriate box, but it doesn't show up on lock screen... Not a big deal, but still weird.

What info? Like owner info? Or are you talking about specific app notifications?

Mine shows my name on the lock screen, and since i use weatherbug and have it in the notification bar it shows up on the lock screen as well.

Like this. Before it has always shown this.

Where do you set that up?

Go to settings , security, owner info. Just make sure the "show owner info" is checked

Mine is checked. Tried soft reset, un-checking then rechecking, retyping message, just don't get why it's not working.

I'm not sure. I am guessing you aren't using a diff launcher or anything.

On mine when i hit the power button it shows the owner info and a clock and a swipe up lock, and then it goes to the password screen which mine is a pattern.

It's on the screen before the lock code entry. Push the power button to wake the screen don't slide to unlock.

Huh... there it is. I could have sworn it was on the lock screen as well. I don't remember that big blank spot. Oh well. Mystery solved. Thanks

If you are talking about Moto Display, which shows unread notifications that flash on the screen (or an unlock icon if there are no notifications), that's not the lockscreen. It's never been on Moto Display (or Active Display, which Motorola called it before that.)

It's actually too bad that Moto doesn't support something like that (i.e., owner contact info on Moto Display), but the good news is that anybody who never used a Moto phone before will just press the power button anyway if they find your phone. And there are more people in this world who have used a non-Moto smartphone than a Moto smartphone.

I used Moto Display on my Droid Turbo, and the owner info showed up on the lock screen. Now I use Echo Lockscreen, and the owner info doesn't show up at all. And since Echo Lockscreen was recently bought by Microsoft, I don't expect any useful updates to come.
