Infrequent Crackling Call Drops

So based on a lot of positive feedback and questions answered by the good folks here I pursued my Nexus and am loving it.

I have had two call drops - same person - same pattern - the conversation is going strong - no signal issue - all of a sudden the person I am talking to hears a crackling noise - I can hear them they can not hear me.

After about 30 seconds the call resumes as normal.

This has happened twice in 12 hours, same person, same room of my house - again, strong 4G signal ....

Any ideas?

One way mic issue. Well known and well documented. Verizon acknowledges it as a known issue and claims that a fix is coming in the next update. We shall see.

Ahh, well as long as it is known ... and there will be a fix ... at least I know its not some random thing just hitting me.

I've noticed on mine that calls to Verizon users are mostly fine. But when I call others about 5 min in the mic cuts out. Seems odd to me.
